Crisis Response Policy

If you are actively thinking about self-harming or suicide, or you are unable to keep yourself safe, please contact your local emergency hotline (such as 999), the Samaritans, or your GP immediately. Should you experience these thoughts during our sessions, we will initiate our Escalated Care Protocol and will contact the necessary support people to keep you safe.

 

Communication outside of sessions

To maximise our time together, we ask for contact to remain during our sessions together. You may contact us if you have any questions prior to a session by email and we will discuss this when we meet for our scheduled appointment.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us 24 hours in advance should you wish to reschedule or cancel our appointment. We will attempt in good faith to reschedule this missed appointment.

 

Refund policy

Refunds must be requested in writing prior to the beginning of the coaching program and will be returned in full, less a £10 administrative fee.

After the coaching program has begun, any unused sessions will not be refunded but may be rescheduled for up to 6 months after the initial payment. All unused sessions expire 6 months after initial payment.

 

Termination policy

Subject to the terms of our refund policy, you may terminate our coaching agreement at any time.

We also reserve the right to terminate our coaching session and agreement if the following behaviours are present during our sessions:

(a)    If you attend our sessions under the influence of alcohol and drugs

(b)    If you engage in aggressive or violent behaviour, or behaviour that is designed to bully, intimidate, or harass

(c)     If you violate the terms of our coaching policies and procedures

 

Chaperone policy

To respect confidentiality between the client-coaching agreement, we can agree to having the presence of a third-party chaperone during our sessions. We will do this if their presence is necessary to safeguard you or us during the session.

Please notify us in writing if you would like bring a chaperone to our sessions, with your reasons as to why this is necessary to safeguard you or us during the session.

We will also let you know in writing if we consider it necessary to bring a chaperone into our sessions, with our reasons as to why this is important to safeguard you or us during the session/coaching agreement.

 

Policy violation

We reserve the right to terminate this coaching agreement in the event that you violate our policies or display behaviour that is designed to harm, intimidate, bully, or harass.
