Get the Life You Want
A three step coaching programme:
1. Stepping into your past. In this 60 minute coaching session we’ll dive into your past to get clear on where you’ve been and what you’ve been through. You’ll discover the “rules” your body’s adapted from your experiences to protect you and keep you going. You’ll leave the session with a clear understanding of your thoughts and emotions so you can move through life feeling less confused and alone.
2. Freeing up your present. In our second coaching session we identify the beliefs you hold about yourself as a result of your hurt and trauma. We go through the 4 lies trauma teaches us to believe, and how these lies show up in your life. We combat these lies with truths about who we are as human beings, and we present these to you in a worksheet. You’ll leave the session with a print out of the 4 lies and truths, and a better understanding of what motivates you to act the way you do.
3. Moving into your future. In our final 60 minute coaching session we’ll check in with you to see how you’re doing. We’ll review what you’ve discovered about yourself and how you want your life to look like. We capture your goals and dreams in a worksheet and we write down an action step for each. You’ll leave the session with clear steps on how to move into a future that you look forward to, so you can start living the life you want now.
